They misrepresented the car-- said it had many features that it didn't-- listed the wrong model number. They made us wait over and over. They wouldn't honor the "guaranteed true price" that we were given through our bank at first. Had to go through several shady sales managers before they finally said they'd honor this price, even though it was provided by them in the first place. At one point, one guy tried to get us to "initial" a deal in a strange, sneaky way while we were asking questions. And, he was trying to get us to "initial" a deal that was more than a printed out total we already had. It was super shady. One sales manager was just hostile and rude and tried bullying us into paying more than the agreement we had printed out. Finally we got someone who wasn't a total jerk and unfortunately found out the car we were trying to buy was misrepresented on their site in numerous ways. Basically, nothing about the experience was good. They just wasted our time and treated us like crap. We were two women. Maybe if you go with a big scary looking guy, they wouldn't be so awful to you. Also, they have added "etching fees" that they add at the end. Don't want etched windows? Too bad. It's a way for them to charge you more. So, expect added fees beyond the usual document fee.
