I have been working out here for about 6 months with my trainer Dave, and it is one of the best decisions I've made in the past year!! On training days I typically workout with 2-3 other guys. Dave is always in a great mood, very motivating and super positive energy! What I love about Underground is you're not just getting a great full body workout but you're also getting someone to guide you with your eating habits and provide you with a meal plan. This was HUGE for me! Previous to coming here, I was starting to gain a little weight and was struggling to stay motivated at the gym. The biggest problem I've always had was eating right, and training at Underground has changed all my bad eating habits. The best part is its NOT a diet, but a lifestyle change and I am still able to eat the food I enjoy. And with that said, the workouts are always challenging and make you feel SO good after you're done! No matter what your fitness level is, Underground Fitness is a GREAT place to be!
