As a response, we were at a bottle service table from 8pm-11pm on Saturday, September 5th. As of today, the $75.81 charge was removed, leaving only the $35 additional charge and manager gift card to dispute. I appreciate your speedy follow up and eagerness to correct the situation. It's apparent the issue was more of a "one-off" employee error/mistake and my review has been adjusted to only consider the atmosphere, food and drinks. I would still request the overcharge be adjusted but we can certainly live with it as is. Thanks for your response.
