| - OK, so a quick update, after posting this review Reggie ( the owner) added a comment everyone can see below my original post. After reading the comment, I PM'ed him the dates that I took classes, and he back tracked that to my profile and phone number. He was very apologetic and expressed concern about my overall experience. This alone makes me feel better about what happened. I was feeling like no one cared, but with his quick response and direct reply (he called me) made me realize that there were probably technical errors involved.
Overall, I still really liked the classes I took with Rosie, and didn't really like the classes with Craig. I wish there was more availability, but good on them for being busy. I think what I have learned here is that if you are unhappy with the service you receive, say something!!! Because Reggie really does seem genuinely invested in customer support and satisfaction.
I have not taken another class, so I am adding a star for customer service, and will update again if I decide to take additional classes. Reggie, thank you for caring and reaching out to me!
