  • Called to schedule an appointment and they set one up for us a few weeks out. They then called and pushed it out by another week. Today is the day they were supposed to show up and they did not. We called and they said they were just too busy with other clients to fit us in. REALLY??? If so why didn't you say that up front instead of stringing us along for the past few weeks. They then gave us a name of another pool company...that doesn't do work in our area. Definitely not professionals at All-Star Pool Service.
