  • I called to get some information on screen printing a few shirts, and they made me feel like an idiot for not knowing the process. Apparently you need to be an expert on screen printing to use this business. Terrible customer service in general, and they obviously don't need new business as it seemed I was inconveniencing them by asking a few questions.
