  • I was a long time customer or O'premium Water. Bought out by Sparkletts. O'premium was well ran and I had no problems. Sparkletts has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Please know that when you sign up with them, you will never again be able to talk to a person unless they call you. I have been trying for days to call any of three phone numbers. I have a total time of over 3 hours on hold in different phone calls. I was never able to get ahold of a person. I went to the website, wrote them a note, no reply. Their water is very good, not worth the money or the hassle.
