  • I hate you so much Cox cable. If you didn't have a monopoly on the valley, your business would already be under ground. Your equipment is *garbage* and when the equipment miraculously works and the dvrs aren't just recording black screens on channels that randomly don't work for whatever reason and your idiot technicians resetting the "signal from the satellite", whatever the hell that means, then there are outages where the internet doesn't work for hours on end. I'm honestly considering taking a hammer to these boxes rather than return them for the deposit bc it would just feel so gd good. I wish I could give zero stars.
