rev:text	Don't use an agent that can't explain every part of a product that he sells. I asked him to show me the percentages and numbers in an itemized fashion so i could see the break down for every year for a life insurance policy that my dad started with him almost 8 years ago. He said he has the same policy and knows how it works. Ok, so I asked him to show me what the percentages and yearly fees are. He said that he would have to wait and call HQ to get those figures. Ok. I go on vacation for about 3 weeks. One would think that he would call HQ and find out how what the percentages and annual fees would be so he could show me. NOTHING. I asked him if he has similar policies and he claimed that he knew how it works. then I told him that he should easily know how to figure out how to compute the current value of the policy by breaking everything down in an itemized list. how much interest has accumulated, annual fees, interest rates, compounded interest every year, policy premiums, dividends, etc... using SIMPLE MATH! He couldn't show me or at least call someone during the 3 weeks I was away to tell me how this policy worked. He called someone on the phone and it took him about 15 minutes to get a cash surrender value before my 3 week vacation, but couldn't tell me how they got that number before my vacation and after I got back. He said he was sorry and embarrassed. I told my dad to cancel all of the life insurance policies for myself, brother, and sister. I don't plan to use him for anything and will tell my family to use another agent for any insurance needs. Again, DON"T USE AN AGENT THAT CAN'T EXPLAIN A PRODUCT THAT HE SELLS.
