  • Apparently they have two offices, or moved and didn't update Yelp. I went to the one on 1728 W. Glendale Ave #204 in Phoenix. Anyways, it went downhill from the day before the appointment. They called me to check to see if I was coming in for a consult or the procedure because they didn't know. Pretty sad when the doctor doesn't know what he's doing. When I arrived for my consult, the building was very run down, very dirty, didn't feel clean at all. Dr. Fishman seemed nice but he rushed the appointment, I think I was there 5 minutes at most. I didn't get a good feeling about the whole ordeal so I didn't go through with the operation, hoepfully other people have better luck than I did.
