  • The ticketing process has turned into a mess. Purchasing your ticket online doesn't save you any time whatsoever once you get to the theatre. You still have to stand in line just to get a printed ticket. Only one person seems to ever be manning the ticket booth and what's confusing is that they are behind the box office, not out in front (in the mall). I always go during the day so maybe they have more employees at night. The popcorn hasn't been good lately. When I don't want a free refill on my large popcorn that's saying something. The theatre itself is still one of the nicer and cleaner ones around. Very comfortable seats and atmosphere.
