  • This place is a joke. Walked in ready to purchase/lease a vehicle and left confident I would never step foot on that property again. They emailed me with an early trade in option 3 weeks ago and the original sales guy two weeks ago got back to be when he felt like it, if at all. Basically with links to things I could look up on my own. Then not one but two different managers called me trying to get me in to trade in and I asked questions to both of them and never got any answers or follow ups from them. Went in there physically tonight, two sales guys passed me back and forth and neither one STILL could not manage to help me and miscommunicated everything I said right to their faces to each other. No wonder all these reviews are horrible! No leadership, clearly. I'm here basically handing you business for the 2nd vehicle from this location and not one person could manage to take care of me. Will be taking my business elsewhere!
