  • The Staff: Nancy, Lea and Grace are phenomenal. I moved here from out of state and they made my move as easy as pie. I had strict movers that charged if the truck was 100 feet or more from the front door and the Leasing team actually went out and measured the distance for me since I was still in Wisconsin. Maintenance crew were prompt and efficient. Area is great and close to everything I needed. I would have given 5 stars but there is one thing the consumer needs to be aware of. I was very unhappy with the one day grace period on rent. On the third day you incurred late fees which has been unheard of nationwide since I've been a renter for 17 years. Everywhere I've lived I had at least a 3 day grace period and most of the time it's 5. Ownership needs to revisit that because everyone's pay cycle is different and flexibility is key. Other than that this place is perfect.
