  • Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with this resort. Sold a line of a 90 minute presentation, over 4 HOURS later we had to fight to get out. THEN, we get to the gift station and they jerk us around and tell us that they are only getting HALF of what they agreed to give us. Their manager held us even longer while he tried to call the salesman that refused to answer his phone. Even his manager wouldn't answer. Traveling with kids and this supposedly being kid friendly, it was FAR from it. They showed us all these high end rooms that were $250K to buy, mind you we are a single income family. Then our salesman Carl was dragging us all over the facility instead of taking us to the places he said he would. THIS experience is EXACTLY why all the timeshare locations get a bad rap. When we kept telling them that we didn't want to buy, they started imploring their high pressure sales tactics to get us to buckle. We however have been through the song and dance before and were both ready to say no. After the way we were treated once we made it known that we weren't buying, they became nasty and were in a rush to get rid of us.
