  • A very bad experience!!! I bought a new car from them in the recent months. Alan Parish, the sales guy is pushy and rude. They reduced the price of the car i when i purchased it and later added extras worth $2000. I was inclined to travel to their dealership twice a month to remind them of extras and get them removed. After a total of 8 trips to the dealership they finally removed $2000 worth extras on my payments. They charged me $995 for an alarm system that was never installed in my car!!! Later the manager informed that the immobilizer installed in the car is the actual alarm system is worth $995, which is ridiculous as its a factory feature and not installed at the dealership. They also pulled my credit score 3 times and showed me the least score of the 3 services to increase my payments. Tread carefully while dealing with these people!
