I can't say enough about Drew Brothers. From the friendly phone call to handing me my keys after the job was done, they handled themselves professionally and made me feel at home.
Amber was very efficient and got me answers quickly.
My 2005 Ford Excursion (Dark Green Metallic) had quite a bit of oxidation on the hood and painted plastic grill. I called and spoke to Amber, gave her the overview and she told me it sounded like $X. I said perfect, understood that she never actually saw the vehicle and took it with a grain of sand. Everyone else I called did this thing where they said they couldn't say what it would cost without looking at it. I have a problem with that in that they haven painted enough hoods due to oxidation Yahya they could give me a rough order of magnitude price and reserve the right to change it if the vehicle showed up looking very different than what was described. I know they are trying to hook you to come in and hate that I have to get dragged through that added time and effort.
She quoted the same price when she saw that I had accurately described the job. She saiid it would be don't by Thursday (I brought it in Monday).
I am familiar with two types of automotive businesses profiles: either you get the business man oriented version that presents well but are terrible at the quality of their repair (yes, I'm looking at you Fletcher Tire) or you get the talented guys who area disaster of a business. You can't get in when you want, they never get the car done anywhere near the timing they think, etc.
Drew Bros made the Excursion look brand new (I'm a car guy, really excellent near flawless work) and finished exactly when they said they would.
That combination of quality talented work and business savvy to control the schedule of work is almost unheard of anywhere in the car business. To boot, they were more than reasonable for their cost!
Thanks so much guys, you have a referring client for life!
