  • The biggest rip-off. I will never step foot into an HMV again. Last summer, I pre-ordered a DVD, and I had to put a deposit on it. When I went to pick it up, they refused to give it to me, even though they had it waiting. They wanted me to come back another day., which I couldn't do. Instead of refunding the deposit for something that was their fault, they kept it, and the product. Stay away from these fraud-artists.
