  • I am so disappointed. Just had to practically hang up on John, who was inexplicably rude to me on the phone. I am not a "yelper". In fact, I created an account just to post this. I just had a few basic questions about the place and I was cut off and answered in an exasperated tone. Why are people so nasty? Classic canine, you won't get my business! And I hope people read this and decide to give their $ to friendly, helpful businesses.
