I receive a call from t-mobile every few weeks regarding customer satisfaction. I ask to have someone go thru my bill because I know I can do better elsewhere. I also let them know that I never received my reimbursement for early termination at sprint when I switched. I also turned in a phone and was supposed to receive about $20 for it. Never happened. They're always polite and say that someone will call me within a few days. Never happened except this last time someone actually called me back and asked me to meet him at a store 15 miles away. I agreed and arranged my day for our 1pm meeting. Got a call at 11am cancelling the meeting but someone will call me within a few days. I won't hold my breath.
