  • I agree with Diane. I'm OBSESSED with MAC products, but didn't have the best experience at this location. I've never had anything less than amazing service at the MAC counter I typically frequent at SAKS in Beachwood Place. I traveled all the way to Westlake so that I could do Back-To-Mac with about twelve used eyeshadows. It took about a half hour before one of the only two women working there could assist me with the things that I needed. It was a Sunday afternoon and there were about five customers in the store - but at a place like MAC, assisting one person can take upwards of fifteen minutes. I thought they were understaffed. I was then told that I couldn't Back-To-Mac my shadows because I only had the plastic container and not the metal pan that the shadows came in (I threw those away). I've heard that different MAC stores have different rules about what can and cannot be used for Back-To-Mac, and I'm sure this was simply their policy. I left feeling very disappointed that I drove 45 minutes to a store and left with nothing.
