I recently had a tech come out and diagnose my faulty AC unit. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was wrong. This, I'm sure, was an isolated incident. Everyone has a bad day and it's hot up in those attics.
The owner heard that there was a problem and contacted me immediately. His customer service skills were exemplary. He offered to refund the diagnosis fee and cost of the incorrect repair part.
Although the initial visit wasn't perfect, the overall experience and communication from the command team was fantastic.
I would definitely give Cal-Air another shot if something were to go wrong. I recommend them to anyone needing their HVAC system serviced.
