  • Never have I ever in my life felt so much second hand embarrassment for a business. I truly feel terrible for the manager of this joint, she is so nice but she lets her employees completely run her place and they couldn't be more unprofessional. I scheduled to have my prom hair done here and I scheduled and updo and when I arrived to my appointment the stylist told me she "didn't have time" to do my hair and that she could only curl it. At the end of my appointment my hair looked absolutely ridiculous and I was extremely unpleased. In addition to this my younger sister also had an appointment and she scheduled a blow out with wash included obviously. And the girl with green pigtails at the front desk completely freaked out and refused to give her a blow out saying she didn't have time! Why the hell are these people scheduling appointments they aren't willing to fulfill!! It's so unprofessional . After this the poor manager tried to resolve the issue and I witnessed her employed verbally attack her in front of they entire salon! It was the most immature behavior I have ever seen and this business is truly going to suffer because of the employees. I will never be returning to this salon, they over charged me for something I ended up going home and redoing my self so that I didn't look like absolute shit for prom. And I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone, unfortunately the staff set the worst reputation .
