  • Agree with previous reviews. Worst customer service ever. The manager is unhappy and rude. No smile and conversation. She try not to accept great clips Coupon, and I ask her why the coupon is still valid and expire on Jan. 2014. She did not give me the valid answer but. She end up accepting it but told me that she will not accepting great clips coupon again next time. I always go to Gammon rd location never have problem using coupon. But that location closed few month ago. Decided to try this location. Big mistake! I feel the manger is dishonest and rude. Will not go there again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this location.
