  • I honestly like this place for the mixxed fit instructors they have. THEY ARE AWESOME! Jennifer and Ryann have great, body pumping routines that'll "make ya sweat to ya bleed". I cannot get enough of their class. The facilities are ok, not as nice or big as Centennial but it's do-able. Their room with the machines is pretty small but this place doesn't have much foot traffic so its perfect for the amount of people that come through. The kids club workers are really friendly and do an awesome job of taking care of the little ones. The pool area is big and again since there isn't much people who go, this is perfect to bring your family. The hours do kind of suck but I've learned to deal in the past 3 months I've had them. I have one 5 mins away from my work and one 5 mins away from my home so it helps that they are easily accessible.
