Four days ago I wrote a review that was very critical for this store and damage to my A/C system. I've had my mechanic look at it and he has told me what needs to be done to repair it. He also told me to return to Audio Express and tell them what he found. I have done that. They asked to look at it to see if the problem had been caused during installation of the stereo and if they could fix it. I agreed and here's the one big difference between my mechanic and Audio Express; AE took me back and showed me the A/C controls and how they work. A cable from the control to the "master" A/C box is not working properly and is binding. It's something Audio Express can fix. Did it happen during the stereo installation, or was just something that happened and is a coincidence? I don't know and I can't really hold Audio Express responsible for the problem. I appreciate the fact that the manager took the time to show me what and where the problem is, unlike my mechanic. I still need to fix the A/C control but thanks to Audio Express I know more about the problem. I'm changing the stars from one star to four stars for that reason.
