The service department is the worst. I brought my car in for an oil change and told the attendant I'd not be waiting. I got a phone call about 40 minutes later saying the car was ready. I told the person it'd take me at least 30 min to get there, and he said "no problem". I got back almost 2 hours later and my car is in the middle of the lot, keys in, running. I complained to the manager, he apologized and told me to stop by next time I needed gas.
A few months go by, and I go back for another oil change. I asked to attendant to talk to Parker, the manager, so I could get some gas. He said he would.
The car was ready but I still had to wait for more than 10 minutes just to get my keys. When I got tired of standing up front waiting, I went to where they keep customers' keys and asked if I could just have mine. Got in my car and: surprise! My gas was still low.
Additionally, I referred a friend who bought a brand new car and never got the referral bonus. Guess it's time to find another place.
