| - Terrible customer service. I contacted them over a month ago for a few things to be embroidered, a backdrop banner to be made and a sticker. They seem extremely unorganized and unmotivated. I spent ample time on the phone with Cory explaining what I wanted/needed and even emailed pictures of examples with descriptions. Days go by and I get an email from a guy named Brandon saying to call him to talk about my needs. So I call, and I'll admit I waited about a week to call because I was slammed with work. But regardless, when I called, Brandon basically asked me "Hey so what exactly is it you want" I responded with, "are you kidding me?" I asked him if he had bothered to take a look at the emails I had sent Cory and talked to Cory. He said Cory never sent him the emails- he was clueless. I told him to take a look and contact me once he had. Again, days go by. So I call Cory because I have his number saved. I ask the status of everything and he says hes not sure. At that point I told him that they had officially lost a customer, and one who would have been a lifetime customer if all had gone well, because I am located just minutes away from them, and my company is growing and growing. I went in the next day to grab the things I'd dropped off to be embroidered which ALSO weren't done even though we had agreed on a cursive font together! Brandon was there and I told him the same thing, that they had just lost a lifelong customer, and told him I was going to leave a bad review, unless he wanted to bribe me out of it and win my loyalty back by having everything done immediately. He didn't even care. Apparently they must be rollin in the dough, doing well in life and not need the work- that or they're just lazy. Probably lazy. Enjoy the mediocre life fellas.
