  • Update - Buyer Beware (downgraded from DO NOT BUY HERE!) My wife bought me a pair of PSB M4U 2 headphones ($400 and bought at full price) and they broke in the first 3 weeks. They were not willing to take them back and were so kind to suggest that PSB is a small company and has great customer service. Lies. They have horrible customer service. They don't answer the phone and only one person there can talk to you about them. Either way, this store said that they could possibly fudge their sales system and change the purchase date to put it in the 2 week return window they allow returns. When calling them back, the guy who sold my wife the headphones and gave her this really helpful info quickly took the offer back. Wonderful. We then sent the headphones back, at our expense. PSB replaced the headphones, great, right? Nope. They too are faulty. We are not waiting to hear back from PSB again, since again they only have one person that will talk to you about warranty issues. When calling 2001 Audio Video again, we were told tough luck. What great service they have. I suggest that you are very VERY careful about deciding to purchase anything here. 2 weeks gives no time to learn the quirks of a product. Most real places give you at least 1-3 months. This place is obviously looking for a quick buck and cares nothing about it's customers or future business. I am only giving them a 1 star otherwise would rank them a negative 5 for the lies and unhelpfulness through this process. Update: After some rage, we called the corp. number. The head office then passed the message down to the store where the manager called my wife back (all fairly quick). We were asked to bring the headphones in to discuss our options. At this point, the only option we really wanted was a refund. 2001 actually did offer us a full refund, which we took, and our hands are now clean of those overpriced fragile headphones. Still don't think I will shop there, as it shouldn't take a call to the corp office to return something that has broken twice in such a short amount of time, but the wrong was righted.
