  • Staff was over worked and customer service suffered terribly. Drive thru line was backed up so I walked in but didn't save anytime. I did save has by not idling in the drive thru line. Otherwise a typical Starbucks. Payed for a cranberry scone but they were out and I didn't find out until the end of the process (when I got my beverage)
