  • I worked with the owner in following areas: 1. Setting up my new business the most tax advantageous way. 2. Tax planning and accounting for my business and my wife's business. 3. Personal financial planning, as I needed options to defer taxes and also save for retirement. 4. Advice regarding the valuation of my business. The main reason why I sought an accountant was because I needed to know the best practice on being tax-smart about running my business and I needed help with my business accounting and cash flow planning for the business. I searched a few places and am happy I found George Siegel, the owner Siegel and Company. I am now confident that not only am I doing things the right way but am doing things the smart way regarding savings taxes.
