  • I used to love and fly often on southwest airlines but in the past year or so it has changed. It seems the flights are frequently delayed. If you miss a connection, you get a crazy re-routing. There is no consideration when this occurs but is part of the "routine."Some of the staff is friendly and helpful while others are rude.
