  • This is a 2 part review. One for the Service Department and one for sales. ***** 5 stars for the service department. As soon as I arrived to have some recall work done on my Challenger, a very nice lady Rosemary S. helped me. And she told me i could get done before the 4th of July weekend. It was finished the very next day. The service department was very quick in the turnaround of my vehicle. I will come back to this service department. Now onto the sales..... * 1 star. Granted this happened on a Sunday, so this might not be as accurate if it was on a weekday. But here it goes. So my wife and I arrive 10:00ish and started looking around. No one bothered us. Which I perfer. I hate it as soon as I step out of my car, BOOM!! Right there. We must have walked half the lot looking at cars. Maybe 30 min looking. We go back to the "sales" area right next to the secretary/receptionist and sit down.. Nothing. We waited 10 minutes next to her, watching people in the glass cage go in and out. Not one person made eye contact with us. Hell, not even a nod to know I was there. I actually set a timer, talked a little loud to grab attention.. Nope. As my wife and I left the sales area, i waved in a goodbye and didn't look back. So I will NOT buy a car from here. I will go to every one of your competitors before I buy from you.. Sorry, you lost a sale....
