  • I went in for seat covers on a Mercedes that has very odd sized seats, they did not have any that fit. BUT I have to say this was some of the best service I have ever received. Junior (Jr. ?) was the one who helped me, he was super friendly , even though the phone was ringing and a long line of customers was forming, he was professional, kind and pretty much about as awesome as can be. I would hire him at my business in a second, hands down. Great service, I love this Pep Boys,. but everyone needs to take some pointers from Jr on how to keep customers coming back, whoever taught him those manners should get an award. Thanks.
