  • I called Bill's Pest Termite Control when I found some mud tunnels in my yard. They were able to send out somebody to inspect (I believe his name was John?) within a few days. Although I did have termites, the technician was honest and kind enough to educate me on the different types of termites. Basically the termites I have survive off of dead vegetation and won't do any structural damage to a home--to get rid of them, I can spray the mud tunnels with a water hose! Amazing. This would have been a perfect opportunity for the company to tell me I need some expensive treatment or try to get unnecessary business from me, and I likely would have done it. I appreciated his honesty and candor with me.The technician then did a thorough inspection of each room in the house and the entire perimeter of the home, even giving me a baseline quote of what it would be if I ever needed termite treatment. I felt well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. The technician was also very sweet and comfortable with my two large dogs, which I always appreciate. I'll definitely be calling Bill's Pest Termite Control for the annual inspection and if I ever do have any exterminator needs!
