  • I've never had a bad experience at an In-N-Out until today. We came in around 5:05 pm and ordered at 5:09 pm with Edgar RE. We were #86 and ordered a milkshake and two fries (one animal). Our order was completely forgotten. Once we heard #96 called, we decided to go to the front with our receipt and ask where our food was. Their response? Asking around behind the counter which they determined that no one had seen it. So we waited a full 30 minutes for a completely forgotten order...which they never apologized for forgetting. On top of that, we also asked for waters, three times, which we never got. We will definitely start going to other burger places from now on.
