rev:text	As a local business owner, I try to give other local businesses my business. It was so incredibly difficult to get an estimate! For some reason the man on the phone got defensive when I asked about my estimate. I'm unsure why asking for my estimate would cause such a sharp reaction! I will not be calling this outfit for an estimate again, clearly asking for a price makes them mad and ultra defensive.....I'm still confused by the entire situation, what a shame!
