| - Let's start with walking in the door- we were not greeted, and stood around awkwardly waiting to be acknowledged- not my favorite thing. The lobby was not as clean as it should have been, which was disappointing- random stains on the walls, and dust/fur in all the corners. Completely unimpressed with the front staff. When dropping my dog off for surgery, I was asked several times to leave a deposit.... even though I already had left $2,000. I offered to pay the bill in full, and they said my $2,000 was fine (with a sigh). Jesus.
The above issues are why they lost a stay, and honestly, it's worth a 2 star loss, but Dr Mason and they treatment staff make up for it, completely.
Dr Mason was amazing, making sure we didn't have any questions or concerns, and making sure we knew everything we needed to know about the procedure.
The treatment staff took amazing care of my dog, who's a huge, 95 pound pain in the ass.
No one wants to drop $4300 on surgery, but, we did because we love our dog. Other than the issues at the front desk, it was a good experience, and I would recommend them to others.
