  • It took from 3 p.m. check into 10:30 p.m. to get a thermostat issue corrected. Then the next morning when I left for the hospital to meet with a doctor at 4 a.m. my cards did not work I had to wait a half hour to get a card reissued. Just was not impressed with the hotel for the amount of money spent on the room.
