  • Went in late one friday and asked for an estimate on replacing my secondary air pump so I could pass the smog check. Mike the manager gave me an estimate and I told him I would be back monday to fix it. Got there at 9 am and was told they had to order the part, and it would be there by 2. I came back and it was fixed in an hour, the only problem was, it cost 100$ more than what I thought the estimate was. After a brief discussion I was freaking out because I had no cash on me, I was broke, and my phone was dead. Mike was a little frustrated with me, but gave me the benefit of the dought, since it was a misunderstanding, and he told me I could come back within ten days and pay it off. I came back 3 days later, he was super friendly and professional. He gave me a free smog check, and two free car washes. The place is super clean, it has indoor and outdoor waiting areas, with tons of stuff within walking distance to kill time, plus they do great work. Whoever was talking crap about the employees on here is an idiot. They are all super cool and highly skilled. May be a little wait if they are busy but it is worth it.
