If we could give ZERO stars - We would!!!
It's taken FIVE, yes, FIVE visits to activate one new phone and transfer one number to another phone.
On the new phone it was inquired how to set up email, their answer,"Use Gmail". No assistance offered.
Oh, why is it set up for the geographic location / time for VIETNAM?! They had trouble figuring THAT out.
And then on visit number three - new phone set to "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY"!!!
Finally, visit number FOUR - they failed to transfer from one phone to another!!!
The "manager" Sheena, was too busy to help customers waiting for extended periods of time - waits of over an HOUR long.
The associate, Angie was inept in her abilities to activate / program / transfer etc.
Worst experience imaginable.
