  • Christy is an outstanding agent. I'm a local lender who has an opportunity to work with many agents and their buyers. I work with the best to the worst. Having recently closed a transaction with one of her buyers, I give her 5 stars again. She is in the top of the class when it comes to communicating with her clients, the other agents, and me as their lender. It makes my job easy. On this one recent transaction, her negotiation skills shined not only in getting our client's offer accepted and chosen over dozens of others (many of which were better than our client's offer), but literally saved them 10's of thousands of dollars in the process. She's straight-forward, honest, caring and creative when it comes to getting a transaction closed. I'll continue to refer clients to her. Don't hesitate to use her. She's great.
