  • Horrible horrible service!!! I called in a phone order while grocery shopping at the Smiths across the street. Went inside to the counter and paid (I even gave them a tip) only to wait for 20 minutes while walk in orders were made first!!! I went back up to counter to ask the status and was told it coming right up only to wait another 10 minutes. I love Capriotti's but I will definitely be staying away from this location.
