  • HORRIBLE. Read all the reviews, thought I would take it in anyway. Just a recall on my truck. Dropped off at 8 AM. Now 2:30, after not hearing anything and calling repeatedly, they tell me they actually don't have the part needed for the recall. The DODGE dealership doesn't have the part for the DODGE recall. Excellent. Going to pick up my vehicle now and will be going to ANY other dealership. Thank you for nothing.
