  • We took in a non-working external hard drive, a mini-iPad with a cracked screen and body and two laptop computers. The external hard drive was irreparable, as was one of the laptops. We were given the battery, power cable and both of the 1 terabyte internal hard drives from one of the computers. There was no charge for any of that. We were then charged the charted price for the other two repairs, or less, as well as given two weeks of free storage while on vacation, and a lot of good advice, as well as referrals for where we could buy an external dock to use for the old hard drives and a local spot where we could buy an HP battery. We were quite happy with the service.
