This is the second time I have used Foreman's. This time was on a 850 square foot rental house in uptown Charlotte.
1. The brick foundation was supposed to be painted red like it had before. They painted it green like the body of the house.
2. They failed to paint the inside of the elbows for the gutter downspouts. So when you looked around a corner at the gutter downspout you could see nothing had been done. They did come back and paint them.
3. Over-spray of the paint onto my wood fence. They got most of it off after I complained.
4. Over-spray of the paint onto my shingles.
Basically it seems, the owner comes out to bid the job. Then a bunch of guys who I would guess get paid by the job not the hour come out and do the bare minimum to get by.
I have to say that they did respond very quickly to my complaints about workmanship. The problem is, there should not be problems with workmanship.
