  • I absolutely LOVE all of my new furniture and furnishings from this La-Z-Boy location ! I had the opportunity to work with Pat and Constance as designers/sales associates. They are both pleasant, caring and excellent at what they do. I purchased new living room furniture, lamps and accessories in October/November 2015. They were knowledgable and tasteful in their recommendations for the look I wanted to achieve. One of the best things of my experience with La-Z-Boy was the in home consultation provided at no additional cost. I was then given a computer generated graphic of possible room arrangements with the furniture I had selected. Pat also made a suggestion to mount my new TV on the new stone wall above my new fireplace (the furniture purchase coincided with a major dining/living room remodel) which created space in a relatively small room. Pat really provided service above and beyond - I wanted to purchase an area rug as well as the new furniture. The ones in stock at this location were fine, but Pat remembered there was one at another La-Z-Boy in the area which she thought would be the best compliment to the furniture I had selected. It was a great call - she had it sent to this store for me. She also found a half table with Queen Anne legs which matc the new piano I had recently purchased. Delivery was as promised, and the deliverymen were careful bringing in couch, etc. on my newly refinished hardwood floors. The entire experience was superior and a pleasure !
