The manicurist/pedicurist is easily distracted, and rubbed my foot raw in a spot because she was not paying attention; speaking to a co-worker in the rear of the shop. Another real problem is the staff constantly is talking to each other in their language, NOT ENGLISH. I assume they are Vietnamese or the like. This is enough to keep me from going back. If you have a business in the US, you should speak English in particularly in the presence of your customers. Another issue is that the male staff members hang out around the reception area like a bunch of punk thugs. They have poor communication and retail skills. They take your money and automatically assume that you are giving them the change for a tip. This presumption is out of line. It makes me wonder if immigration should pay them a visit.
