  • This review is for the office staff, not regarding the Dr. I had taken my 2 children for well checks in the previous review and upon leaving I paid my bill. I asked after the visit what I had to pay and they gave me the total. I asked was that everything there will be no balance? They said yes that it was all paid up. Two months later I get an bill in the mail for $80. I was told that the bill was for the balance of the visit. I told the billing person about my conversation with the people at the front desk, she said they were wrong for telling me that. She informed me that she would talk to them so it will not happen in the future. There is a obvious lack of communication in the office. I will not return to St Rose Pediatrics any longer, I do not want any more surprises showing up in my mailbox. To me it is not worth it and if you pay cash, it is very costly.
