  • Had to wait over 2 weeks for the parts to be arrived then he wasn't able to repair the washer with the parts he ordered..had to wait almost a month without a washer..we ended up buying a new unit :-/ plus the company has absolutely TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! NEVER ANSWER THE CALLS ALWAYS CONNECTED TO THE ANSWERING MACHINE!!! Scheduling time was such a hassle!!!Sorry for the bad feedback but the experience with this company was nothing but trouble and frustrating.
