  • I saw Dr Gerry and his nurse Barbara. I got checked in quickly and didn't wait very long to get in the exam room. The girl who took me back was very pleasant and listened to me. I only waited a few moments to see Gerry. He was very knowledgable and nice. He gave me my options very clearly where I understood then helped me make my choice. I decided on the tear duct plugs. He inserted them quickly and without any pain at all. I was very happy. The procedure has made my eyes feel so much better. I will definitely see him again.
